Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or before production has started.
If the cancellation is accepted before the order is dispatched, the full payment will be refunded through the original payment method.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer available.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must satisfy the following conditions:
The product must be unused and kept in its original condition.
The returned item must include the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be included.
Please contact customer support before returning the product. Return instructions must be received before sending the item back.
Customers will be responsible for no more than a single shipping charge overall, which may include both delivery and return shipping when applicable.
Restocking fees will not be charged.
Refunds
After the returned product has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been reviewed.
You will also be notified whether the refund request has been approved.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on processing times.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not arrived:
Check your bank account again to confirm whether it has posted.
Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take several days to appear.
Contact your bank, since refund timing may vary by institution.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be sent after the request is approved.
For customer-preference returns or other customer-related reasons, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping costs will be covered.
