FAQ – Customer Order Help
How to Place an Order
Place the items you would like to purchase into your cart.
Move to checkout using either PayPal or the standard checkout process.
Fill in your email address, full legal name, and delivery information.
Apply any available discount code in the Discount field before payment.
Verify your delivery address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
Order confirmation will be displayed on the website and sent to your email. Support: service@luxxvera.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please send customer support:
Your order number
An image under 1MB clearly showing the issue
After verification, the correct item will be sent to you free of charge. Email: service@luxxvera.com
Confirming Your Order
Check your email for the confirmation message containing your order number and purchase details. If it does not appear, check your spam or junk folder.
Modifying an Order
Changes can be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same order day. Later requests may not be possible once processing begins. Contact: service@luxxvera.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Pick available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Edit the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Choose PayPal → access your account → confirm payment → return to the confirmation page.
Discount Codes
Enter the discount code → click Apply → the savings will appear in your order summary.
